XYZ Community Gathering, organized by Ecoxyztem Venture Builder which was held on 22 September 2023 at Climate Tech Hub located within the ECO-S Coworking & Office Space is a community event is designed to unite like-minded individuals in the pursuit of climate innovation. This activity was attended by 14 community members, consisting of the public, ecopreneurs, NGOs, private sector and students. With an agenda encompassing casual discussion, ice-breaking activities, networking opportunities, and refreshments, this gathering is poised to be a catalyst for collaboration and innovation within the climate tech ecosystem.
This community gathering activity discussed five main topics, namely:
1. Expectations - members share their expectations when deciding to become part of the community
2. Challenges - members shared the challenges they faced in being actively involved in community programs
3. Issues/topics - community members identify a number of important issues and topics that they would like to know about or actively discuss in the community
4. Programs - members propose the types of programs and initiatives they would like to participate in and carry out in the community
5. Form of organization - members provide references for the form of organization that is needed and is thought to be more effective
After discussion session, it was continued with fun games, refreshment and networking sessions. The Climate Tech Hub is more than just a collection of innovative minds, it's a community bound by a shared vision of combating climate change through technology. Building a network of like-minded individuals and organizations is a cornerstone of driving impactful change in the realm of climate tech. This gathering served as a reminder that when dedicated individuals unite under a common purpose, they can inspire the innovations needed to address the most pressing challenges of our time. Together, they are shaping a future where technology leads us toward a more sustainable.
