The Climate Innovation Acceleration (CIA) event is a series of programs that connect climate talent with innovation potential to accelerate solutions for massive climate challenges. This year, CIA focused on developing 15 early-stage startups and 16 innovators from the largest schools and universities throughout Indonesia. One of the programs held is Climate Innovation Acceleration (CIA), initiated by HSBC Indonesia, Ecoxyztem, and Greeneration Foundation, to achieve Increased National Contribution (ENDC) by 2030.
At Demo Day, the finalists pitched their ideas in front of a jury to gain a starting point and the opportunity to implement their businesses. This Demo Day included a pitching session, a question and answer session, and the announcement of winners who were assessed based on several criteria, such as problem-solution suitability, product feasibility, environmental impact, and business feasibility.
